CATHOLIC CHARITIES SIGN

An illuminated sign at Departure Gate 4 at Cyril E.
King Airport on St. Thomas reminds departing visitors of the work of Catholic Charities of the Virgin Islands. Financed by First Insurance, the sign reads "Providing Help, Creating Hope, Catholic Charities of the Virgin Islands." A similar sign, financed by Community Bank, will be installed at the Henry E. Rohlson Airport on St. Croix by September.
PENTECOST REVIVAL WEEK

In preparation for Pentecost, St. Ann Church on St.
Croix held a Revival Week. Mark Nimo, a Catholic evangelist from Ghana, spoke about the role of the Holy Spirit in the Church and in our lives. Each of the five sessions concluded with songs of healing. A Holy Spirit Seminar, "You Will Receive Power," continues the momentum on Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. throughout July.
NEW MARIAN SHRINES
Two churches on St. Croix recently completed Marian grottos on their grounds. Pictured below left is a statue of Our Lady of the Children, which sits by the outdoor altar in Holy Cross Church's prayer garden. Below right, Msgr. Michael Kosak and Sr. Patricia Alexander, WIF, stand by the new statue of the Blessed Mother by the entrance of the Marian Hall of St. Ann Church.
