PASTORAL PLAN
At the diocesan convocation in 1994, eighty delegates representing all the local Catholic ministries met in a convocation to help outline a five-year pastoral plan for the Diocese of St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands. Two and a half years into that plan, Bishop George Murry, SJ, is publishing Vision and Mission, to be distributed in all Catholic parishes, schools and agencies this month.
